"Room was not ready for check in for another hour. They charge a $2.14”fee” at checkin but could not tell me what for. One of the desk clerks actually rolled his eyes. Expedia gives a total charge including taxes and “fees”. I was told that Expedia needs to get their info straight. It was NOT a non smoking facility. Several smokers outside the rooms to stink up the rooms and belongings. Multiple holes in the walls. Door could not be closed from the outside once in the room so I was forced to order delivery food. In general run down and needs a lot of work. Linens were good, new towels. Floor could have been cleaner, overall passable. Toiletries very good. Bed passable as well. The day clerk was a very sweet lady. Overall kinda miserable stay due to one event after another. Most likely will not ever be back, if for no other reason the shorter evening desk clerk with the awful attitude. It bespoke someone not familiar with the “hospitality” industry. In the beginning he would not even look me in the face. Maybe my neck brace frightened him, I dunno. The manager or whom I thought he was did fix the $2.14 issue eventually."

"2 night stay. Staff was very accommodation and pleasant. Hotel seemed a little older in a past life. You could see management had put some work in to make it appealing. Had a nice lounge area and outdoor seating. Complete with a limited bar and snacks for purchase (good for a quick late night sandwich). We did not use the pool, but we did see people in it. The rooms were pleasant. We had a balcony with a harbor view, which made up for any shortcomings the hotel may have. Location was fantastic. Plenty to eat. Boardwalk was a 5-7 minute drive. Large chains (Target/Publix/CVS) drive no more than 10 min."

"The location was tucked back off main street so didn't get any traffic noise which was great. I particularly liked the continental breakfast!"

"This is probably one of my favorite hotels. It was so quiet. The pool was huge and there was also a hot tub as well as sn outdoor pool. Getting to each room is very convenient And it was not a bad walk/drive from the beach It was in a really good area I definitely will be coming back here because I was absolutely shocked for how cheap it was to stay here for six days. This is definitely my go to from now on"
