“Really nice people , the food is amazing and the vibes are chill , if your looking for a party resort this is not the one for you , only for chill calm vibes .. loved it .”

“This was a disappointing stay, and the poor service made it worse. At Scores restaurant, we asked for a menu and the waiter simply pointed toward the corner instead of helping us. Several staff members seemed bothered by basic requests. We also felt that Black guests were not treated as warmly as white guests. One female security guard was particularly rude and spoke about us while standing right beside us. When we contacted the Expedia representative whose number we had been given, it took...

“The most relaxing trip. Nothing to think about. Food is amazing & the entire staff is second to none on every level. The property & views are perfect. You will not be disappointed!”

“Upon check-in, we learned our "upgraded" room was on the ground floor. We booked a Deluxe Suite but were told it was a Deluxe Garden View Suite. The description mentions bay views and shows photos of the water, so this felt misleading. After complaining, we were moved to a second-floor room. The staff was accommodating, but I believe the original assignment was a mistake. The rooms were decent but had drawbacks. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows and blankets were thin. Both rooms had...

“Just overall pretty bad stay. No one wanted to help or work to be honest. Shockingly unfriendly and unavailable staff. Will never return.”

“My husband and I went to Pineapple Beach Club for our Honeymoon. We had a great time. It wasn't season yet so it was like we had the whole resort to ourselves. No lines, or waiting for a drink, or finding a chair. The food was great! We loved the pizzas at the snack bar and the cute little coffee Cafe! Our room was right near the water, we could see the sunrise in the morning! We loved our stay and enjoyed ourselves very much!”

“The property seems dated but its well maintained. The staff is AMAZING. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. There is a good variety of food....you won't go hungry no matter what time it is. It's a very large property but there's cart transportation thats always available. What can be improved? (1) There is no ATM on the property, we had to venture out to find one....scary (2) its an all-inclusive resort but you have to pay to have your in-room fridge stocked...why? (3) booking our scuba dive was...

“Omg when I say this resort makes you want to stay forever I mean that. Literally ALL THE STAFF were nice and helpful, food was so good, and views from our room was amazing! The resort was also super clean and I felt safe at all times! Would 100% go back when visiting Antigua. If I could give this resort more than 5 stars I would.”

“Me and my wife went for her birthday they set up something for her birthday was beautiful. I appreciate everything. The staff did. They treat us like Kings and Queens and I will be back thank y’all for everything.”

“VERY CLEAN! No elevators, but they have staff to take your luggage up to your room. The rum punch at the front desk was amazing. Overall, really nice stay. Would highly recommend.”

“A bif difficult to get our room clean. We requested 2 cleanings for the week but they did not come the second time. I let housekeeping know she aaid we were not on the schedule. We were able to pick up towels. This was the only issue and the view sure made up for it.”

“The place is beautiful. The breakfast at the restaurant was great. The front desk staff could be a little bit nicer.”

“The service here is incredible. Top notch. The food incredible. Special touches. A beautiful spot to relax and get away from all. ”

“The location right in front of the beach was great”

“Everything a Caribbean place to stay should be.”
