“The staff was helpful especially the kitchen staff. Breakfast was as usual, as we like it when traveling. We had a problem with the heat in our room and we were given another one. Rooms were clean. BUT we chose this hotel because it had a pool so our grandchildren could enjoy it. BUT it was closed. We were very disappointed. Though the location is close to our family.”

“Short of stuff”

“Staff was helpful when room had strange odor given another upgrade room. Breakfast was good!”

“Clearly”

“Great place to stay. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free products. I will stay there again”

“The room was clean, & I was impressed with all the items provided for us in the kitchenette. Room comes with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes & silverware, pots & pans & lots of other things either in the room, or you can borrow items to cook with from an area in the lobby! Laundry is FREE & the staff are super friendly & helpful! Would definitely recommend planning your next trip to an IHG Candlewood hotel!!”
