“A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”

“Overall great place great time — especially for the kiddos”

“The foyer was clean and staff friendly, but that was it. Out towels were dirty, hair and dirt on one. We had to move to 1 bed because to spiders. But then I woke with a bug crawling on me and we left in the middle of the night. Rugs and walls in hallways need lots of repairs! Everything looks old and worn except the3 foyer area. Would NOT stay here.”

“This is top of the line, first-class resort. My jaw dropped and I fell in love. What a great campus, facilities, and rooms.”

“The property was ok parking was an issue because people was not following the rules and parking extra cars in the overflow parking. The rooms are kinda dated but nice. I had no problems other than that”

“I liked the fact that it was a full size condo, with lots of room to spread out and have all the comforts of home. We loved it! We didn’t have time to take advantage of all of the amenities.”

“Great place for families especially if you are visiting the theme parks. Large pool, arcade, bar, market for coffee and snacks and great nearby dinning.”

“Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”

“Our room was clean and all the staff we interacted with were good. The Wifi was terrible and I couldn't get a 5 or 4G data signal anywhere on the property. The breakfast was awful. All the fruit had a chemical taste like it had been sprayed or washed with hand sanitizer. The eggs were cold and very hard. The coffee options were regular and regular with just whole milk. I expected better with it being something you had to pay extra for.”

“We stayed in a suite for 4 nights while exploring the Williamsburg area. It was great! We enjoyed the pool. I got some laundry done while we were there. The game room was fun. We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the property seemed well kept visually. Our room was clean and exactly as pictured. The reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review has to do with the fact that there were lots of maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the computers were down making for a much slower check in. The staff was doing their best to accommodate despite the issue. The second day we were there the elevator was out of service, and was still out of service upon our departure the following day.
