“This is the 2nd year running staying in the atlantic hotel, the staff were excellent and very helpful, breakfast was good, hotel is in a perfect location, brilliant sized room with stunning view, room cleaned regularly and kept to a high standard.”

The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin.
