“Great location, staff all helpful and decent breakfast. All good value- for a night. Rooms could do with some tlc, but is an old building and can’t complain.”

“Beautiful setting and conveniently located to Tring and especially the train station which is a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed. After hours eats/snacks are not available. The only reason I left 3 stars for "well maintained" is that much of the wood trim on the exterior of the hotel is in desperate need for paint before the intricate wood trims start to rot. The grounds are magnificent. We would stay there again.”

“Lovely stay, great room and restaurants”

“Small room but we were only there for 2 nights, and spend most of the day not in the room. So it worked for us. Comfortable bed, but pillows were very flat. Very easy to get to bus and train station. Highly recommend the Kebab restaurant across the street!”

We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

“Great hotel. Clean modern and excellent breakfast”

“Very helpful and considerate staff team, fantastic breakfast with masses of choice, very clean and comfortable.”

“Listing was very accurate great facilities. Reached out in a perfect amount of time with arriving information.”

“A low grade place pretending to be upscale. Unhelpful staff, water damaged bathroom, stained carpet, rabit warren layout, seemingly miles walk to my room. An ok butter chicken dinner in the bar.”

“Thanks”
