The hotel’s magical location between the sea and the mountains creates a breathtaking view and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Every moment felt like a perfect escape into nature’s beauty. The services were flawless — from the friendly and professional front desk, to the impeccable room service, the delicious and varied buffet, and the high-quality restaurants. The rocky beach with colorful coral reefs was absolutely stunning and perfect for snorkeling. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ashraf, the amazing hotel manager, for his warm hospitality and exceptional care. He made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Also, all the staff members were extremely courteous, welcoming, and professional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and a peaceful retreat by the sea. Definitely coming back again soon"

"This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"
