"Nice, welcoming, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of the Temple Bar neighborhood. We only had one afternoon/evening to enjoy a whirlwind visit to Dublin in between flights. Blooms was the perfect starting point for a quick walking tour past the Castle, Cathedral, Trinity College, statues, rivers, parks, etc; as well as bars and restaurants afterwards."
