"Overall, the property is well located and staff were very pleasant and helpful. I do want to preface that there was a hidden fee called “the festival service tax” which was close to $150 for a weeks stay. This tax is now disclosed on the property as being included in the price but wasn’t there prior to booking and shouldn’t have been passed onto the consumer. This was not disclosed to us prior to our stay and was apparently implemented due to the Fringe festival taking place during the month of August. Pre booking resulted in a penalty which was not appreciated. Staff were kind and helpful with questions however which was a positive to the stay."
