"We were visiting Miami for the first time and were not sure where to stay. CitizenM has always been a safe choice for us, but there are 3 locations (South Beach & Brickell) to choose from in Miami alone. We were so pleased with CitizenM Miami Worldcenter. Located right across from the Kaseya Center and a short walk to bayside, we were able to experience a little bit of everything. Not to mention, the roof top bar and pool was incredible. "

"The staff for super friendly and helpful it's a little hard finding stuff in the place cuz it's so big but anytime I seen someone that work there and had to ask for directions they were super helpful. The only thing I didn't like is I had two different rooms during my stay cuz I booked an extra day and my second room didn't have paper towels and laundry soap like the other room did and I had needed to wash some clothes but I had brought a little bit of laundry with me so I had to just use that.And the first from we stayed in everybody I guess was booked in one area and there was no parking so I had to park across the street cuz there was plenty of parking available at those buildings."

"We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool side chairs ! You will need to rent an umbrella for the beach if you plan on needing that but the service and staff were excellent! Plan a spa time as well. You have the spa amenities available to you if you book something at the spa which is relaxing and beautiful and highly recommended. There is construction happening at the fountainbleu hotel which wasn't great sound wise Hearing saws and dumpster loud noises by the pool and on our balcony wasn't my favorite and actually so annoying we called security due to the late hour. Restaurant at the hotel were pricey but the food was very good! We would consider staying there again for the relaxing atmosphere! "

"Beautiful views, pool was open 24/7, music allowed to be played, balcony and private rooftop, can't express how cool this resort was. Never hounded by staff, they let you do as you please. The way vacation stays should be. That is our go-to spot for trips to Key West."
