“Very clean room and hotel, great breakfast”

“Staff members were polite and helpful, rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. I wish the description was a little more clear or there was a room layout in the listing. Wasn’t a problem at all but not quite what we were expecting. Room was clean enough but not spotless, and carpet and furniture showed some wear and tear.”

“I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. “The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought...

“Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. “Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!”

“The pool was green and smelled a little like algae/a pond. The bathroom toilet was leaking, but they were aware because they have taped it to stop the leaking. The AC auto cut off at 15 minutes and we were roasting all nights until we asked the front desk to help, which they did immediately. “My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Pinemark Inn. Great stop for weary travelers as it is easy off/easy on the interstate. The inn is very dog friendly, too! We can't say enough about the cleanliness of our room and the check in/lobby area. And the landscaping and pool area are immaculate as well.
