“Great location clean rooms and good personal”

“Good”

“The bathroom toilet kept running even when jiggling the handle, informed hotel staff and they said they would let maintenance know. Hair in the sheets, and in the shower, had soap in the shower from the guest previous to us. One of the elevators were broke the entire time, which was ok, we took the stairs mostly but when your on the 9th floor it can be hard for older guests. Fridge in the room didn’t work, so we just used ice from the vending area.”

“If you are doing red rocks it’s a no brainer”

“They were having problems with cleaning staff. Slow check in”

“Outdated and disgusting in many ways. Pool is very dirty and no towels our 3 day stay. Had to ask every time. Breakfast was the same all 3 days and not good. I ate 1 day only because the options were terrible. This place is old and needs to be completely remodeled. I won’t ever stay here again and sure if I’ll give Wyndhams a 2nd chance.”

“Was a great stay! Close to Red Rocks, also has a list of upcoming shows. Very quiet and clean. Cute room with nice furniture. Bed was like a cloud getting back to the room after a long day/night. We really enjoyed the beverages in the lobby; coffee, tea, cider, cucumber water, and even a hot cocoa bar! The breakfast that comes with it was the best part; best breakfast at a hotel. Classic breakfast with some extras, like whip cream for the waffles and little scones. Would recommend!”

“직원은 친절했고, 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 다만, 방음이 잘 되지 않아 숙면에 어려움이 있었습니다.”

“The rooftop area and patio outside were very nice areas to enjoy the views and relax.”

“As of October 2026 there is a lot of renovation going on right in the front lobby so it looks a bit questionable. However, once we got to our floor (2nd) it was all redone and our room was very clean. BTW, the elevator is part of the renovation so it is not working either. The electricity was out for the whole block when we came back in the evening and the front desk was handing out flashlights to everyone. They were prepared!”

“시설이 신축이고 청결하다는 후기를 보고 결정했는데, 시설은 미국 숙소 중 가장 신축으로 좋았습니다. 바로 근처에 몰이 있어서 식사를 해결하기에도 좋았습니다.”

“The listing said free firewood but they charge for it. They also said that the cabin had bedsheets included and it did not. The economy cabins do not have electricity and they provided 2 electric lanterns but I would recommend bringing your own as well. But our family had an enjoyable weekend there!”

“A+++”
