“Great place reasonable priced”

“My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening.”

“Clean and comfortable. Did have to ask for bedding for the pullout and toiletries as they were not already in the room upon arrival.”

“Clean room, good breakfast. I got a ada room and it was particularly spacious.”

“Overall I was satisfied with my stay with the exception of the cat out back on the patio, it seems as if an employee took it in as a pet because it has food trays for the cat to eat and drink, I wanted to sit out back and relax but couldn’t do so because I am allergic to cat hair and he was sitting on the patio furniture out back,”

“In general. It was a comparatively good value. Driving access to and from the motel was difficult due to road construction in the immediate area. The room was clean. There were a few things that should have been taken care of: loud squeaking bathroom door and sink only had a trickle of water. Water pressure in shower was fine. Elevator to 2nd floor in-op. In spite of shortcomings, I would stay again.”

“The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. The bathroom definitely had some wear with peeling molding. There was a very strong damp odor throughout hotel and the room smelled way too strong of an unpleasant cleaning product. The beds were comfortable, pool was clean.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.”

“We use Holiday Inn a lot. They never fail always clean great breakfast. Great staff good quality all around. We use these a lot.”
