“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout. The only minor downside was that it was a little farther from the HQ office than I would have preferred. However, the room itself was well cared for, which made the stay comfortable. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the kitchenette with a sink, which made it easy to wash dishes and was very convenient for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though I checked in late, there...

“Beds are relatively stiff and not very comfortable.”

“Everything was fine, as advertised.”

“Was very shocked at check in when told there was a $10 parking fee for the parking lot. Front desk staff was great both at check in and out, but the breakfast staff was rude and acted like we were putting them out by letting them know things were out and asked if they could be refilled such as the juice and yogurt.”

“청결 상태가 안좋습니다. 에어컨이 매우 시끄럽고 시원하지 않습니다. 주차는 편합니다.”

“Close to Blackhills”

“전반적으로 시설이 좋았고 룸도 넓어서 생활하기 편했음”

“The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the comfortable beds made for a restful stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The 24-hour pool and hot tub were a highlight, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. We appreciated the convenient parking and the care being put into the property under new management. Great amenities and value—we would happily stay again!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Base for the Powwow with an Excellent Breakfast! We had a wonderful stay at the Elevation Inn and Suites! The location is perfect if you are attending the Black Hills Powwow, making it incredibly convenient to get to and from the event. The highlight of our mornings was definitely the breakfast. The waffles were very good, and we were thrilled to find out they serve real whipped cream to top them off! The yogurt was also good, making for a delicious and satisfying start to the...

“Friendly staff”

“It's great for the price. The rooms are not sound proof lol. It sounded like someone was rolling garbage cans over and over all night long. It's close to the highway. There's a lot to do in a few mile area. About a half hour away from Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Male staff spoke no English. Female desk worker was kind and helpful.”
