“The hotel was Not even the problem. Expedia was the worst. Its Sturgis time and it’s already very busy in this area. We booked rooms for our drive back home and we got here at 8:15pm and walked into a lobby with 3 other groups trying to check in through expedia reservations and not one reservation was in the susatem. I felt terrible for the desk staff. She was taking calls from expedia, dealing with customers, and still trying to remain calm. I was put on hold for 10 minutes so the expedia agent...

“Great location. Historic charm and architecture with modern updates throughout. Very nice fitness center. Clean and comfy. The multi level rooftop bar was perfect for enjoying a cocktail and taking in the sights. Fun Irish pub downstairs with outdoor seating and good service. ”

“I booked this Hotel for the 85th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to be in the halfway point for all the things we intended to do. Easy access to get back on highway. Plenty of trailer parking. The hotel even provided a bike wash section. We had a suite and was very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
