The bathtub and shower in our unit were old and awful. That’s our ONLY complaint. The resort has basics for the kids for entertainment. And it’s about 5-10 minutes from anything and everything! "

"The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn "

"I've stayed at a lot of hotels and very few had fresh towels in the pool no matter what time we were there. This hotel had towels at all hours which was a blessing as our kids wanted to swim at the start, Middle and end of the day. The afternoon popcorn and evening drinks were a pleasant surprise too. Great hotel in downtown St Louis! "
