"I mean for $70 a night the room smelled like smoke. The bed was probably 25 years old. The floor was splitting the carpets were not the carpets but the drapes were splitting. I mean it was everything I expected so I can’t be that mad."

"I was first given a room that had not been cleaned...my next room the a/c kept cutting off and the mi i fridge had frozen everything i put in it,the room said no smoking on the door but the cigarette smoke smell was so strong it was in all my clothes, even the ones in my suitcase"
