“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

“Communication with the desk was difficult. ”

“Even though the place was convenient to the Army base where I was going, there was issue with the shower water. ”

“There was an argument in the room next door to me at 5:30 am told staff to call police as there were threats made but apparently they may have been part of the staff? Supposed to be non smoking but the pot smokers found a good spot smoking in the stairwell which was stinking up my room.”

“I was impressed my the staff friendliness and the cleanliness of this hotel. The beds were comfy and I actually slept longer than usual! They did a great remodel and all expectations were met! ”

“There is never anyone at the desk when you walk in. You have to ring a bell to get someone. The associates are casually dressed so you don’t know if they work there. For the breakfast the coffee machine and the juice were broken. I went to use the coffee machine in the room and the back had all mold in it. I asked for another one and decided to run it with water before I made coffee and a bug came out: I would never stay at a quality in again. ”

“Yes! The fron staff was wonderful. I had been hurt earlier and they brought me ice packs for my knee throughout the night and made sure I was comfortable. I was VERY impressed and appreciative!”

“I end up having bedbug bites. I had to go to the doctor and she stated that my itching is from bedbug bites from the hotel Hampton hotel. It is painful it was in my arms legs and Simeon my hands . They have bedbugs. I had to put all my baggage in my car garage. Now I have a doctor bill and I am still pain in my arms and legs not a good experience for me I feel tramudtize in going to hotels ”

“Pet fee of 20 dollars not included with Expedia total cost. Might not be hotel’s fault. ”

“The hotel is clean the bed was perfect. The price is way too high for a hotel room. When it advertises walk-in rates or even on Expedia. Says pet friendly then charges you on starting your stay. Why not have pet fee’s on the site?”

“It was okay for the price. Everything felt almost clean. It smelled good, no smoke smell, but the rooms definitely felt a little dingy. ”

“Really great place rooms are awesome my wife only concern I would brighten up the hallways and charge the carpet ! ”

“Well maintained with comfortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast and very nice area to eat. Shower lacks adequate temperature. Plenty of parking. Quiet at night.”

“We’ve stayed here before. It is very clean, the staff very friendly. We have absolutely no complaints. ”
