“This was our second year staying here. This time unfortunately wasn’t as good as last year. The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Hair clogged the shower drain and the floors were unclean with food still on them. On top of that the window was broken and the roof top bar played loud music late in the night keeping us up. Good perks are parking and the indoor heated pool. Would stay here again just felt like it was a bit different this year with lack of welcoming staff and overall sanitation....

“The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.”

“The staff was amazing! Super helpful!and kind. We had an ocean front view to watch sunrise from bed!!!!! It was absolutely beautiful. Our own little balcony to people watch.. location was clutch. The room was adorable and VERY clean. When we visit again this will 100 be our spot.”

“Pictures of the resort didn't match up with reality. Wasn't really a resort, more like a motel. Definitely not sound proof. Sounded like we had cloggers above us. Very expensive for what you get. The on site resturant was good.”

“오래되었지만 그만큼 역사를 자랑하는 곳입니다. 뷰도 너무 멋있고 특히 아기랑 같이 가기에 너무 친절하고 편리했어요! 수영장,놀이터,농장이 있어서 하루이틀은 리조트에서만 머물러도 좋았고, 스모어만들어 먹는 것도 좋았어요! 저녁엔 피아노 연주도 완벽했습니다! 스태프들 모두 친절해서 기억에 남아요. 다음에 또 머물 기회가 있으면 좋겠습니다! ”

“This is my go-to hotel in Hampton Beach. It's consistently clean with friendly staff and a great location. I recommend the suite (its pull-out couch is actually comfortable as a second bed) which has a balcony facing the ocean, right across the street. Plenty of parking, some underground in a garage, coffee in the lobby, elevator, and as a bonus a great little coffee shop right there as well - they serve breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. that you can grab and take to the beach...

“Very clean and quiet property. "No frills"-no pool etc but a great place to stay if you don't need that and want to save a considerable amount of money! Rates were half of places nearby. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.”

“It’s very cool. It’s small though just fyi, two people bump into each other, that isn’t a defect, just make sure you go with someone you like. The shower is nice, multiple settings for the shower heat, nice hot water. The mattress is firm, very big bed. Parking right out front. Camp Fire, there’s a grill already there. Cabinet space, the fridge is small but works well. Bring your own ice. Overall a very unique experience.”

“Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again. The room was clean and very comfortable, but it was on the third floor which was difficult for me. The wi-fi didnt work. The TV didn't appear to work, I had to dig behind it and found that it was unplugged. I plugged it in and the signal "was too weak". They have a snack vending machine, but no drink machine. The door had one keyed lock. No deadbolt or chain. The good. Free on-site parking, clean room, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. It just...
