“The room was a really good size, including the bathroom. Everything was clean in the room and the building in general. The gym is a bit bare bones for weight selection but doable. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but everyone else on staff seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. There is a restaurant attached, and hotel guests receive a discount, which was great. Our server at the restaurant was so helpful and very friendly, there just wasn’t a lot of menu options if you...

“Love old beautiful buildings with modern twist and right next to Mayo Clinic”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was definitely above average and our room was clean and in good condition. All connected to pedestrian subway to all Mayo buildings, parking ramps and shopping. I’ll be going back to Mayo for future appointments and will definitely book the Kahler Inn and Suites again.”

“Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems...

“공간도 넓고 쾌적한 환경이 좋았습니다”

“When we arrived, there was a person was sitting outside on the Bench smoking marijuana. To my surprise he got up and came in Hotel and proceeded around the front desk to check me in! He acted like it was no big deal. It was 8 PM and I needed a place to sleep before my procedure at 6 AM the next morning at the Mayo hospital. This hotel is is very rundown. I would not recommend staying there again.”

“clean room, great breakfast and nice we can walk to bar and grill for dinner at night.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful”

“Room was clean, common areas were well kept, staff was friendly and accommodating.”

“Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though.”

“Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!”
