"Amazing location and room. We booked the King Room with Open-air Bath, Non Smoking. Definitely a choice we won't regret. It was a close walk to Universal Studios as well as Universal City Station. Our highlight was the open-air bath. It was super spacious, allowing us to relax after a long day/ walk at USJ park. Staff were friendly and attentive, with luggage handling and whatnot. There was just this one woman at the concierge. I am communicating about getting a key card early for my own...

"The hotel's elevators give a great view of Universal Studios, the spa is awesome, massage chairs outside the spa, and the breakfast buffet has everything from frenchtoast to fish rice bowls. Great stay!!"

"Everything was just fine. We had the breakfast included. It was very good. Japanese style. No other choices for people that may not prefer to have the same menu every fay. I would come to the same hotel but I would not have breakfast every day there. "

"The room was clean yet a bit small even for Japan. We needed quite a bit of assistance to get the checkin process to work. But they had staff there to help. They do not have enough elevator capacity. We were often waiting. We wished there were stairs however they were only for emergencies (had locks to open). Glad they had a convenience store on site and also laundry. Washers were good but dryers not."
