“This is a family oriented hotel. They have great amenities for kids. Unfortunately, it was on the loud side. The rooms and building are very dated. They have done a good job in making it look nice, however, our room was pricey for the condition. The free breakfast was not good. We had to go somewhere else. The staff was friendly and no wait time to check in.”

“Not ADA friendly. Difficult to find parking. The beds in 212 were both like sleeping on old rocks. But the staff are all amazing!”

“With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee. You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.”

“We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.”

“The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was solid. Bagel, yogurt, and coffee. The only issue I had was parking. He'd to park a bit away from the hotel as the hotel parking was full.”

“The front desk staff when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming. Clean room, no frills, but just right for an overnight stop. The only issue was the breakfast in the morning. There was no pancake or waffle option available, even though there was a sign for it. That was a shame because traveling with kids, hotel pancakes / waffles are something we count on and know they’ll eat.”

“Our stay was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion.”
