“Staff were friendly and foods were great as well. ”

“아주 친절했습니다”

“Have stayed here several times before and it has always been a very good hotel in an excellent location. However, this time the breakfast has changed from being extremely good to poor. They claim it includes a bottomless buffet which is nothing more than basic cereal, coffee and tea and limited fruit. Very disappointed. In addition bottled water is no longer provided in the room. Seems like cost cutting.”

“You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints! - lovely staff - clean bed - kettle with coffee and tea provided - beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me) You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help. Thank you Carlton.”

“It was situated very convenient place. Right at center of Canterbury Check in was no hassle room was nice and clean Comfortable but small which wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good 👍 ”

“We were pleased with the location of the hotel, it was in walking distance of the station, the seafront and the town centre. Folkestone was lovely to explore. The staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming and did their very best to assist us. Our room was generous in size and was warm and clean. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and they were both delicious and good value for money. I would highly recommend the gluten free fish and chips! We thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails...

“요금선결제를 하고 왔음에도 확인도 안하고 결제부터 하라는 불친절함! 옆방과 한방에 있는듯한 느낌! 방음이 전혀안됨!!!”

“잊지 못할 장소, 숙박! 너무 이쁜 마을에 전형적인 영국스러움을 느낄 수 있었던 호텔!”

“Very clean and cozy place but if you don’t have a car or a friend who could give you a ride it’s better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. ”

“There is no parking”

“침구도 편안 했고 뷰도 좋았습니다 ~”

“Like the Tesla supercharger on site. Breakfast was good especially the pancake machine. Rooms were tiny and noisy at night”

“직원 친절, 식당 좋음, 객실 청소는 완벽하지는 않음”
