"The hotel was very clean and cute. The staff was a bit dry and nonchalant. I let them know I paid an $80 fee to be eligible for early check in or late check out & their response was very much that’s a YOU problem. Because I booked with Expedia that they add fees sometimes they’re unaware of and can’t do anything about. Also the power in the restroom went out in the middle of my shower. Was back by morning. The hotel was very nice, just didn’t have the best experience."
