"We signed up for an early AM airport shuttle for 3 people the night before our departure. We came out to the lobby in the AM for our shuttle along with two other families and the shuttle arrived late and 100% full of people from other hotels. Fortunately, one of the employees was a former shuttle driver and was able to use a van they had on the property to transport us - but it was a total mess. "

"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "

"The room was pretty clean, and the staff were very friendly . I believe there were food-shops nearby within a walking distance but we didn’t use it. "

"Rooms are clean but dated. The shower drained very very slowly. Staff failed to tell us the our parking area would be closed at 7 am so were asked to move our car at 10 pm. I love the area of downtown Salt Lake, very convenient for downtown events. "

"Nice place but shows wear. Nice breakfast and courteous staff. Description should highlight that there is not an elevator so people with mobility problems can either request a first floor room or book somewhere else. At $70 a night I would stay there again."
