โThe El Moore is an absolutely beautiful place !! The history. The quality of the restoration.
The midtown area close to museums, dining, downtown.
Lovely clean room overlooking the front garden. Spacious bathroom. The bed was a tad soft for us ( Others may like it)
Beautiful parlor with great selection of books. We did not watch TV; we read books about the architecture and history of Detroit.
Breakfast is both healthy and delicious!โ
โI highly recommend this property!
The staff were so very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist.
The rooms were very spacious, clean, safe and quiet. โ
โThe purpose of our trip was to see a Detroit Tigers game. The hotel is a quick walk to the stadium. It is the perfect combination of modern convenience and old world charm. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shinola.โ
โWhat a charming hotel. Excellent location. Staff couldn't have been more gracious. Rooms were more than adequate. No in house restaurant, but a cute take out cafe and two bars. โ
โHotel staff was amazingly friendly and ready to help every step of the way. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It could have used a little bit more lighting is my only suggestion. Wonderful hotel. โ
โAmazing staff, amazing building, and an amazing resturant! Wonderful accommodations; we would book here again. The room was gorgeous and the restaurant was delicious. โ
โ2nd time! Upon my request to vacuum the floor, Derrick at the front desk professionally and perfectly arranged the cleaning service. The cleaning was wonderfully made and I really enjoyed my stay!โ
โParking and construction made things a little difficult but the hotel is doing an excellent job of handling with signs and convenient valet services.โ
