“We had the hayloft that could sleep 3 but was a win for us as a couple. It was in a out building, with easy access to the garden, bar and dining areas, but was a bit difficult to get suitcases over the gravel pathway. Very quiet, lots of space and windows to open. The restaurant meal and breakfast was fabulous.”
“Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off.
I’ll end on a positive, the rear garden is beautiful!”
“Nice room had everything that’s needed: comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom, TV, fridge, cooling tower, nice view of town and nearby hills. Breakfast with variety of options was delicious and service was excellent. Relaxing music in breakfast room was a great idea. The place has got good vibes. ”
“The pub was very welcoming and staff friendly and helpful. The food was of a high standard and cooked well. The room was clean and bright and had a little fridge in the wardrode which held fresh milk and bottled water. Coffee and biscuits topped up daily.

“The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out.
