“There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again.”

“Our stay was good. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, except there was a damp, musty carpet sort of smell that I'm sure wasn't helped by the overall summer humidity. Breakfast was very well appointed and attended to by the woman working there. Overall, would be back, but will hope for a fresher smelling room.”

“We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in.”

“We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.”

“1st, gave run down roach room to aunt who is having her pumbinb done. She has a service animal, not a pet, that was brought to watch over her when she was alone for a few hours on the last day of the stay, a service animal who is housebroken, of mature age, and fully grown as well as trained. She contacted them prior to having the SA brought to her regarding the animal policy. Since my card was on file, I was charged 345$ in extra fees due to the 1, 5hr service animal visit. No damage...

“Our stay at this property was like staying with family. The owners are very friendly and they made sure we didn't want for anything. The property was newly rehabbed, the beds were comfortable and the property was clean.”

“Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. There was a large outdoor event happening when we arrived, which was loud in our room (we faced the event), but it ended right when the staff said it would, right around 9 pm. “Lobby smelled like pot. Halway carpet smelled mildew. Room was clean though. A/C worked great. No breakfast to speak of. Cereal and danish.”

“Good Facility, Great hospitality. The lady crew at check-in was so great. Room is spacious and clean and It offers their own Kitchen, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, and even a microwave so comes in handy to use. “Concrete floor sank like 2 to 3 inches and I rolled my ankle as soon as I walked in , because I was looking at the stains all over the carpet. Blood flung on the curtains. Something spilled in the fridge then to the floor and was never cleaned up. Had to toss all my things that was in the place. Bugs that I couldn't see was biting me all over. Can't believe it has such a good review. No damm way that is close to being right !!!”
