“I’m not one to leave reviews because I’m lazy but I had to mention that this was a great deal for the Hamptons. Renovated rooms, beautiful gardens and they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating when I asked for an early check in by two hours!”

“We had such an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. It is an easy walk to grab a great cup of coffee, which we loved. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the two Adirondack chairs on the water. The owner could not have been nicer and had great restaurant recommendations. We really loved it and will absolutely rebook soon!”

“Worst accommodation ever!!! I have travelled many countries and experienced many accommodations. I wonder how come HOTEL.COM has unqualified accommodation such as MORRIS GUEST HOUSE. “The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”
