"We had an amazing stay at the W hotel the palm Dubai. The check in was amazing and Rose explained everything very clearly regarding the hotel and the all-inclusive package. The hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was amazing. We spent most evenings in Aether bar and Prativia was excellent, remembered our names and drinks etc.. the service was excellent form everyone in the bar. "I was extremely happy during the days that I stayed at the hotel, my room was so beautiful and clean always, the whole staff was very kind and professional !
