“Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival.”

If booking through a third party it seems to be a norm you could have a room experience like mine. If you want a great room ensure you pay for the view.”
