"Had a lovely room on top floor with huge picture windows and great view of the river and the bridges. Room had all amenities and was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Not very many channels on the tv was the only negative to the room. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming at check in and provide all the necessary information required for your stay. Also very accommodating when I needed to contact them about a personal issue. Parking is very convenient with a lift straight down to the lobby. This was my third visit and I hope to visit again on my next trip to Newcastle."

"Excellent hotel, short walk from the station. Lovely comfortable beds and immaculate room. Large TV.Breakfast was great , everything cooked perfectly even the scrambled eggs.Fresh fruit in slices Will definitely stay here again."

"Our room was really spacious and clean and the hotel had a really great vibe to it with a huge staircase and worldly carpet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Automatic check in machine was speedy and great"
