“I didn't realize the host would send an email to fill out. When you return this, you are then sent the code for the front door and your room. This was my fault. Thank goodness an employee spotted me because she was able to call the host and I was able to get in. I can't say enough good things about my room. “Good hotel for price. It’s showing a little wear however, it was very clean and perfect for a one night stay. Other reviews have mentioned proximity to Rock City and some noise but we didn’t hear any noise and it was a Friday night. All staff were super pleasant and nothing was any trouble. Special mention goes to the reception staff who were fantastic.”

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

“What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!”
