“Check in was chaotic and our evening meal booking was lost! This meant a late evening dining time.
When I got to my room it was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned (see photo of Bath plug) This was disgusting and reported to reception but it took another day before resolution. No offer was made to change room or compensation.
I have since left messages with manager to try to discuss this issue but had no response which is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.
I would not come...

“Lovely hotel with excellent pub attached, particularly good for a drink but also served good food.
Breakfast was also very good, and packed lunches are can be bought for anyone on a hiking trip if you arrange this the evening before”
