“Nice hotel, bed was very hard. Too much for my bad back. ”

“Bar and restaurant were good, staff there were fine. Hotel is run down, rooms smell of pot, bed mattress and pillows were terrible. Breakfast was next to nothing. Grounds and hotel are in very poor upkeep. ”

“We stayed in room 307- it smelled absolutely disgusting of cigarette smoke. Front desk gave us cleaning spray to help, we had all 4 windows opened and no relief in the atrocious smell. Front desk stay said they were sold out of rooms and could not move us at all. I understand circumstances come up and the front desk staff was professional it was just extremely frustrating and frankly totally unacceptable. We could not even stay in our room and the smell was primarily in the bathroom so we...

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. He told me I could change rooms if i wanted to… well I was not going to stay in a dark room so I had to pack up ALL of my things and...

“The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points.”

“Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott ”
