"My son and I stayed and it worked well for us. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities- lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, etc. The staff was helpful and courteous with tips for restaurants and with the intrigues of breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they have a full breakfast- eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, etc. My only issue, and it's definitely minor, the pool water was cold and the hot tub was boiling! If they could turn the heat up in the pool and down on the hot tub it would be perfect. I would stay here again."

Hyatt Place Omaha Downtown Old Market

"The Hyatt is in a very convienient location in Omaha, easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the zoo. Rooms were clean amd comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely downtown area so it can be noisy at night with nearby bars, but the front desk does provide free ear plugs if that would bother you. Parking ramp is easy to get in and out of. Breakfast is your standard hotel fare. Overall our stay here was pleasant and I would stay here again if I were to visit Omaha again."

"Great place. Great for the children. Only thing was the parking. It is $15 a day. And since it’s down town other people can park there too. Two nights we had to drive around looking and waiting for parking even thought ours was already paid for the stay. Other cars where parking in the grass and side walk and front of building."
