"The shuttle is no longer available and we were not informed before our trip. Had to rent a car last minute and no one was apologetic about it. The cribs for baby is in bad condition. They had to bring more than one, and the second one had a tear in the lining. There’s a kitchen in the loft but no plates, silverware, or pots and pans. No spare blanket or pillows in the closet like other hotels. The amenities left A LOT to be desired "
