โParking was a challenge. And when we had a shower the fire alarm went off. Twice. No fan switch. But there is a fan. Little issue but overall a great stay. โ
โLoved the location, everything was clean, and staff were very friendly. Love that there was a restaurant and bar right in the motel, with VLTs. Eill definitely stay again.โ
โThe pool area was great! The kids absolutely loved the waterslide and splash area, great for toddlers. Definitely would recommend staying if you have younger children. Also breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Rooms were excellent and super clean. โ
โWhen people from Halifax picture what Dartmouth looks like, I'm sure they picture a neighbourhood like the one this Comfort Inn is in - car dealerships, a small strip mall (with, thankfully, a King of Donair), a U-Haul depot - in short, you do not stay at this location for the ambience. On the other hand, it is exactly what you want if you just need a place to sleep - reasonable price, bed was fine, good transit location (about 1/2 way between the two bridges) if you have a car, - free parking! ...
"The location was great, and although it was an upgraded room, the condition was very good. However, the breakfast was not very tasty, and the food at the hotel restaurant was too salty. Aside from the food, I was satisfied with everything else."
