"Extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night. Rundown suites, taps and bathrooms in need of work to be even ok. During our 10 night stay had leaks onto sink counter area from above suite, all our stuff on the counter got wet and soggy. No real concern about it when reported to front desk. The next morning had liters and liters of water pouring through bathroom ceiling heat lamp area and again reported to front desk and only somewhat concerned, they fixed the upstairs suite from us and cleaned up ours but had hours of no use of our washroom. Didn't have anywhere to move us as in another suite and never offered us a discount for the inconvenience. You get exactly what you pay for. Parking is a bit sketch as to not enough for a full house, you need to park a block away otherwise. Will not return here for are stay next time we visit Dartmouth."
