"Arrived, asked for early checkin. Waited for a call for 1 1/2 hours. Walked up at 4:00 check in and the same person admitted he forgot about us. Same night, the temperature dropped and we tried to turn on the heat. Not working. Maintenance arrived and declared they couldn't do anything until morning. Turned off all air and in the morning stopped at the front desk and, once again, told someone would call. 24 Hours later, maintenance gave us a space heater. They never fixed it, but gave us a credit for food & beverage. Also, beware, they do not provide salt and pepper with room service. Did not live up to the Hilton brand. I joined Hilton Honors before this trip, but I'm reconsidering."
