"All the pros: 1. Very clean, fresh-smelling room! 2. There was a printed-out TV channel guide in the room, which is something I see less and less of, so it was appreciated and made finding cartoons a breeze. 3. When we needed extra towels, the staff was friendly and quick getting them to us. 4. The elevators are glass, so you can see the mountains as you ride! 5. Very convenient location right on the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge closer to the Sevierville end, but it's situated a bit off the road, so you don't hear traffic sounds. 6. Fun, clean indoor pool area with a slide! 7. Abundant parking. 8. Check-out was 11am, (not 10am, which seems like the "new normal"). 9. Arcade room, which our 5-year-old loved.
Con: Only one- the walls were thin enough to hear loud kiddos around us, one time late into the night. That's the only reason I took one star away in my overall review. If you happen to be in a room surrounded by non-loud children, then I'm confident you'll have a 5-star stay.😉"
