"Check in experience was horrific, we had our confirmation and was told that it was cancelled. I went thru emails and the Expedia app showing my paid confirmation and they could not find our names. It took awhile for them to look into the matter to figure out what was the issue. I was so pissed knowing we had a long flight and just wanted to check in and relax but instead it became very stressful Place was clean and the room had a lot of amenities"
