"We stopped at Inn at the Cove as part of our coastal road trip. The setting is spectacular — every room faces the ocean! The fire pits are perfect at sunset, and the breakfast options were spot on - want eggs? want cereal? want a banana... Small enough to feel personal, polished enough to feel special.
The rooms are exceptional. Beautifully appointed, thoughtfully designed, contemporary, comfortable beds — and that view — the Pacific right outside your window never gets old. The shorebirds provide entertainment plus - who needs tv. This is the kind of room you wish every stay had.
And then there's Bryce. I want to be very specific: Bryce is exceptional. He has the rare quality of making you feel genuinely seen as a guest — not just checked in and processed, but welcomed. He anticipated needs, offered local recommendations that actually panned out, and handled everything with warmth and real grace. If a staff member has ever made you feel like a hotel was *yours* for the duration of your stay, that's exactly the Bryce experience.
