“Lovely comfortable room. Comfy king bed, spacious room and large bathroom. Included breakfast was delicious with something for everyone, granola with fresh fruit and yogurt was my choice - my husband went for the pancakes which he loved. Walking distance to downtown takes about 15 minutes. Noise from construction project across the street could be annoying if you face the street and want to sleep in past 8. I would definitely stay here again the next time I need to stay in SLO. Great low key...

“I had my expectations up for this hotel due to positive reviews. However, the breakfast was mediocre. There were no forks so had to ask for one as well as for fresh coffee. The room was Okay but musty and the sheets in the beds were course. My son’s pillow smelled of dog even though premise does not allow pets. Towels were old and scratchy and there was a dirt stained washcloth folded up with hand towel on the rack in bathroom. I threw it in the wastebasket which is something that should...

“Highly recommend upgrading to the buildings away from the main road. Shower pressure could be improved but we had a great stay.”

“The manager at this location tried blaming me for a hole in the wall that was there when we arrived. Tried to blame me for not reporting it but then claimed they check the rooms everyday, if they really did they would notice a hole in the wall. If you stay here just beware of the manager and make sure you take pictures of the room so they don't try to blame anything on you.”
