“Very dirty overall. Found underwear and shorts hanging in the bathroom on the door. It has probably been a couple of months since somebody swept the bathroom floor behind the door and the corners.”

“Customer service was terrible. They charged $1 for plastic utensils, rude and short, hardly available, dirty outside, inside dirty towels. Trash place that I’ll never book again.”

“Clean and neat rooms. A late evening check in was pleasant and helpful. New bathroom fixtures and flooring were nice updates. Bed was soft and comfortable. Centrally located and within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.”

“I think this hotel is very cozy and quite, and also good place to relax. I was very pleased to see the Morro rock from my room. This hotel give wonderful experience to me. Thanks ~”

“The hotel is in a very nice beachfront location. No airconditioning which I was informed is common in the area. No heating but they have a fireplace. However, there was a certain bad smell as soon as we entered the room. It is not cleaned well, especially the restroom where we saw hair around the corners and nooks.”

“The place is beautiful & very well maintained. The corner sitting area out front is comfortable & welcoming. The room (on 3rd floor) had a magnificent view, & you get your flights of stairs done! My only areas of improvement are to install shelves in bathroom to create more storage space. Also, as I don’t like getting up @ sunrise (~5:45am), a blackout curtain in the small window in back would be nice. Overall great place & would recommend”
