“We have stayed at the Silver Surf multiple times a year for the last 27 years. We have always loved it and our family has countless core memories there. It has always been more than just a hotel for us. This stay changed that completely and none of our family will be back. The staff was incredibly rude at check-in, there were very few pool towels available, the vending machines did not work, and we were told we were not welcome back upon check out. “Customer service was terrible. They charged $1 for plastic utensils, rude and short, hardly available, dirty outside, inside dirty towels. Trash place that I’ll never book again.”
