“While there isn't much in the way of 'personality' in this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and offers a super breakfast. The pool is very small but kids will still have fun there. Staff is friendly but you really don't interact much with staff outside the breakfast room. Strange things: our towels were replaced but the coffee and cups were not replenished. Had enough but just a little strange. Beds were made daily. Very comfy quiet place and convenient parking, great location. Dog...

“The property is beautiful, both on the outside and in the rooms. The pictures don’t do it justice. The room was clean. Parking is available directly next to the rooms, making unloading the car very easy. It’s not a long walk from downtown San Luis Obispo.

“It was just a very basic room to stay in after my Son’s Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didn’t expect much, and it wasn’t much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because I’m not too picky. ”
