"Nice access to ocean front walking and lounging, nearby restaurant great to eat at. Did not understand the parking fee when not gated and sign then says park at own risk. Window screen coming off window, so wasn't fully at ease as solo traveler. Specifically ask for ocean view room instead of random selection."

"Great stay!! This motel is steps away from the beach and from everything in downtown. It was quiet, clean, bed was comfy and it felt very safe and welcoming. Friendly staff. You can’t beat the location. Room was good, nothing fancy but plenty of space, nice tv and bed. We will definitely stay here again."

"What a great location! We walked to the heart of Pismo within minutes. The hotel itself was amazing. The customer service at the front desk was excellent. Arnold checked us in and what a delight he was! Rooms are very clean with extras that are definitely appreciated! We will stay here again!! Unfortunately we were unable to try the in house restaurant. We received a text the first evening that they would not open that night. Hoping to try it next time."
