“Pleasantly surprised - we booked this as a last minute deal - we got a good deal - didn’t expect much with looking at the reviews. The property was clean, could be better maintained. You can only use the Al fresco bar for all inclusive food and drink which is annoying. However, The food was great - no complaints. Drinks were local brands but again no complaints. The skybar was stunning and cocktails were ok. The resort is in a fantastic location. Within the resort around the pools were...

“We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

“The room was clean but does need updating. The staff were very friendly and helpful”

“Overall, our stay at Iberostar Las Dalias was very pleasant. The staffs were friendly, weather was perfect, the service was all-inclusive, for which we paid, of course,... However, few disappointments were a small coackroach found in the restaurant, meals tasting not super great, although being nice, and lack of infant facilites or playground for babies younger than 4 yrs old.”
