“I felt sorry for the lady checking people in, she was the only one, There were at least 5 people in front of me, girls soccer parents checking in, so very busy. The lady was very frustrated, said she got to work and there was a whole new check in process on the computer that she didn’t know was going to happen. She had to figure it out on her own so took extra time. If they are having to deal with a new system there should be someone to train them or at least have more than 1 person checking...

“The employees were very kind and helpful. If I have a chance to stay nearby I will go there again. Easy to park and a reasonable fee with breakfast are the best combination.”

“The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful.”

“Our room had a pillowcase with a chewed hole in it, threadbare bath at, mildew on the bathroom ceiling, rusty door, poor lighting, shower curtain wouldn't stay on and no shower gel in the holder. Another room with a family member did not have any bath towels, rusty door and ring around toilet seat. Not impressed.”
