“The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy.”

“The wifi is still not working. The password they told me via email was not correct. I could not use wifi throughout the stay and was quite frustrated. Also the shower was dangerously hot and I could not adjust the water temperature. Could not use it either. ”

“Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

“Great location and best value. Breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean and good ammenities. ”

“The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight.”

“There was no window, except in the bathroom, which had to have the blind closed as the glass was not privacy glass. The room smelled of damp. There were paper towels selotaped to the ceiling, presumably to stop a leak. There was further evidence of a leak. The walls were bashed and damaged. The fridge did not close. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.”

“룸 컨디션은 좋았지만 서비스가 너무 별로고 조식 공간이 너무 별로였네요.. 미리 페이 완료했는데 체크아웃 시 숙박료를 내라고 하길래 실랑이 벌이고 트레이니에게 데스크를 맡겨놓고 헤매고 있는데도 아무도 안도와주더라고요. 힐튼 브랜드에 너무 안맞는 서비스가 좀 아쉽네요.”
