"The beach and beach view were incredible. The resort was overall beautiful. The resort was older and there were some maintenance issues that should not have been overlooked. When we asked for assistance with the maintenance issues in our room. They were not addressed. If the stay wasn’t so pricey we could have overlooked them. Resort fees and parking fees were not disclosed upon booking. So it was a little shocking when we checked in expecting a certain price and then paying much more. Not sure if that was on Expedia’s end or the resort. Anyway overall the place was beautiful with lots to see and do."

"This is a well maintain hotel, rooms are clean, spacious, beds are comfortable. Staff is attentive, when pool is finish later this year is going to make it even better. The only thing that took the fifth star in my review are the elevators, the property have three elevators but at some point there’s only one working, which make the people wait longer that need to."

"Overall this was a decent place if you're looking for a budget option close to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Rooms are decent however there was a lot of worn damaged paint areas in the rooms but overall decor was modern and clean. Hallways are very run down and in desperate need of a face lift. Other than that the staff was lovely and the location was ideal for quickly walking to Busch Gardens (however it's not a five minute walk like it looks, there's a huge fenced area you have to walk around so it took us 15 minutes --- for most it would likely take 20-25 minutes to walk between)."

"The pics doesn’t do it justice. Oasis Bay Suites are really nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. I would definitely consider staying at Oasis Bay Suites again on my next trip to Tampa, Florida."

"I was told to put a $100 deposit for the room which I know usually is normal for most places but I still have yet to receive my deposit after. It’s been 2 weeks and I just have to call my credit card and dispute because apparently they kept my $100 instead of releasing it back to my card. Place was nice but I need my $ back…"
