I call And the staff transfer me to a dead phone line. The room temperature never reached the desired temperature. It was hot and stuffy. And whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. They say they have a gym. But do not. It’s closed. Spa is closed. FOR 6 YEARS. No big winnings at the casino. Just don’t bother. Harrahs is 15 mins down the road. Avoid at all cost. "

"Check in staff, pool/towel staff, and valet came across friendly and helpful as a couple who are people of color. The food and drinks from the market place were quite expensive in order to have little to no taste/flavor. Some of the food from Bob’s Steakhouse was good. Some of our food selections were dried out or very little flavor. The duck, oysters, and mashed potatoes were good. The baked potato was dried out. The salmon was cooked well, but tasted flavorless. The room appeared clean overall. But the curtain rod had what seemed like years worth of cobwebs that reached down to the lamp with a live spider that was huge. "
